We are introducing a new concept of shared living spaces in India. Naturally, you may have a lot of questions! Here we answer some of the most frequently asked questions we get. 

Q. Where can I find all the information about what it is like to stay at The Hub and what the Rules are?

A. Please carefully read our "Membership Rules" in the footer, on the bottom of our website and sign it before you check in. This ensures that you are fully aware of our community rules and the consequences if you break them. 

Q. What is the deposit?


A. You pay a two month deposit during check in. This is refundable as long as you give us a one month notice before you want to leave. As long as you give us a one month notice before you leave, we will refund you the deposit after you check out. 

Q. What is the minimum stay?


A. We usually require at least a one month minimum stay. We do this because we have come to realize that that is the minimum amount of time it takes for you to integrate with our community, attend our events and have a complete Hub experience!


Q. Are there any other "Hidden Charges?"

A. There are no other charges besides the monthly membership fee. The only thing you need to be aware of is the 2000 Rupees cleaning fee that will be deducted from your deposit upon check out. Everything you need to know including the cleaning fee can be found in the Membership Rules tab.


Q. Do you offer 1BHK's? Is The Hub a "Luxury PG"?

A. As delighted as we are to be called "Luxury" anything, that is not what we are. We are not a paying guest house, a traditional apartment complex, or a regular serviced apartment. The Hub is a unique community living space that provides the perfect mix of shared community spaces and private personal space. We have amazing amenities, great events and fantastic people. 


Q. What is The Hub in a nutshell?


A. The Hub is a community living space .... 

Our property has three floors:


Basement: Our basement is our community space. It houses our lobby, event space, Ping Pong Table, Board Games, Gym, Study Room, & our Co-Working Space.

2nd Floor: 16 Studio Units. Laundry Room. Community Kitchen. And our beautiful 4000 sq ft. Rooftop Terrace Garden.

3rd Floor: 17 Studio Units. Laundry Room. Community Kitchen.

Q. I am not from Bangalore, where exactly are you located? How far will you be from my place of work?

A. We have learnt that a large part of our community comes from outside Bangalore. Allow us to help you figure out if we are the right housing option for you :) 


Currently, we only have one location. The Hub is located in the heart of central Bangalore @ Safina Plaza 84/85 Infantry Road. We are a 5 minute walk to the MG Road Metro station ( Which connects to Indiranagar & Whitefield) and within a 10-15 minute Ola ride to prime Office areas such UB City, Lavelle Road, Richmond Road, Cunningham Road and Ulsoor.

Q. If food included?

A. Although we have plans to get into food later we don't want to take on more than we can chew. We provide you with fully furnished community kitchens on each floor that are fitted with the latest appliances. 

Q. Where do I wash my clothes?

A. Each floor at The Hub has a Laundry Room equipped with automatic washing machines, drying racks, and ironing boards. 

Q. How often is cleaning?

A. Our house keeping staff will drop by once a week- on a Saturday or Sunday to clean your rooms under your supervision.

Q. What about parking?

A. Two wheeler parking is available. For cars, there is ample street parking available. 

Q. I am a single girl/ woman, Is this the right option for me? How safe is the neighbourhood? What saftey features do you have at The Hub?

A. We can not build a Community unless we create a safe atmosphere where everyone can freely express themselves.  We pride ourselves on being a safe and secure community. We have 24/7 Military Guard Security. 12 CCTV Cameras covering every nook and cranny of the property. A strong Guest Policy that prevents strangers from entering the property after 10 pm.
